Do campers travel to activities individually, or by cabin or activity group?

Campers travel with their groups, following a bell system to structure activities. Day campers stay on paths with staff, while overnight campers have more autonomy within the camp.

Campers typically move about the camp on foot, accompanied by their cabin mates or activity groups, depending on the time of day. At Day Camp, campers must adhere to designated paths and remain with staff, while the overnight programs offer greater freedom for campers to navigate the camp, allowing them to return to their cabins for personal items or to head to rest hour ahead of others. Additionally, campers follow a bell system that provides a structured way to transition between activities throughout the day. A "3 Bell" indicates that there are 30 minutes remaining until the current activity concludes. A "2 Bell" signals that it is time to begin wrapping up and head toward the dining hall. Finally, a "1 Bell" announces that it is time to gather in a circle. This bell system fosters a sense of community and helps coordinate activities in a way that eliminates the need for constant clock-watching.
