Rates and Financial Aid
Family Camp has a tiered pricing system, and families can also apply for campership/financial aid. No matter the tier chosen, there is a $100 deposit per participant due at registration. The deposit for children ages 4 and under is $50. We understand this can also be a lot of money at once for a family, so please reach out to admissions@farmandwilderness.org to set up a payment plan for your deposit, if needed.

REFUND POLICY: The deposit is nonrefundable and must be paid to ensure your registration. If you are applying for campership (financial aid), and your awarded amount is not sufficient to allow your camper to attend camp, the deposit is fully refundable within two (2) weeks of being informed of the awarded amount. Payment plans are available to all families through either the automated payment plan system or via arrangement with our finance department. Tuition must be paid in full by June 1st. Failure to meet the payment deadline can result in cancellation of registration. For applicants who register later than June 1st, full tuition payment must accompany the registration. Failure to meet a payment deadline can result in cancellation of registration. If the registration for a prospective camper is withdrawn prior to March 1st, all tuition payments will be refunded less the deposit. After March 1st, Farm & Wilderness expects families to be responsible for the full tuition, except in cases of serious illness, injury, or family emergency. It is not possible to make any tuition reduction for arriving late or leaving early. Any registered campers who cancel after June 1st, whether Campership recipients or not, will receive no refund of deposits or tuition. There will be no refund if a camper is asked to leave during the session for an infraction of a camp rule, for disruptive behavior, or if a camper is voluntarily withdrawn. Unpaid balances for all family members must be reconciled in order for a camper to be registered
